Experience
Mike Gelardi has fifteen years of experience representing natural resources businesses, utilities and landowners across Oregon and Washington. He has a record of success in business transactions, regulatory proceedings, and appellate advocacy.
About Us
Mike Gelardi’s work combines practical business knowledge with specialized regulatory expertise. Mike grew up with farming and forestry in the Willamette Valley, and he draws from his personal experience to help natural resource businesses solve problems and plan for the future.
Mike is experienced with a range of government processes, including legislative and policy matters, as well as permitting and appeals. Before founding Gelardi Law in 2019, Mike spent eight years with a nationally recognized food and beverage law team in Portland and two years with a respected local business law firm in Eugene.
While in law school, Mike worked for the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and a federal judge, and was an editor of the Washington Law Review.
Mike is joined by paralegal Megan Pyle, who assists businesses and landowners with research, government filings and permitting processes.
