Megan is a paralegal who assists businesses and landowners with property research, government filings and permitting processes. She is experienced with title research, geographic information systems, land use permitting and drafting site plans. She also assists with preparation of contracts, court filings and other legal documents.
Megan moved to Eugene in 2016 after graduating from the University of Kansas with a degree in philosophy, focusing on logic and ethics. At Gelardi Law she applies those principles and her love of Oregon’s natural landscapes to resolve real estate and land use issues for clients. In her spare time, Megan enjoys art, hiking and local activism.
